所以4.5L的鍋己夠用.材料:鮮雞 半隻瘦肉 半磅乾螺肉 二兩准山 半兩杞子 半兩瑤柱 三粒金腿 少許做法:1. 鮮雞去皮, 去肥競再洗淨.2. 雞和瘦肉同出水, 備用.3. 瑤柱用熱水浸一回, 備用.4. 洗淨乾螺肉, 淮山, 杞子.5. 燒開一鍋熱水, 水滾放進所有材料.6. 大火煮三十分鍾, 把內鍋放回外鍋裏, 蓋好蓋.7. 四小時後拿出內鍋再把湯煮滾, 洗淨豬肉, 切成約一吋厚塊.2. 剁碎蔥頭, 混合所有醃料.3. 把已混合的醃料加入豬肉內, 最少四小時 (最好放入冰箱一天一夜).4. 焗爐預熱425F.5. 麥牙糖和水以3:1比例攪勻, 備用.6. 把肉放在焗架上, 下鋪錫紙 (如圖).7. 焗八分鍾, 反轉第二面再焗八分鍾.8. 在肉面掃上麥牙糖液, 焗5分鍾.9. 反轉再掃上麥牙糖液, 再焗5分鍾.10.從復 8 &amp; 9 一次,
